Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager handling enterprise or high-value client accounts
- Demonstrated success managing long-term, client-facing relationships at a senior level
- Prior remote work experience
- Fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM)
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Confident, professional on-camera presence
- Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accounts
- Manage and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and expansion
- Lead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems
