Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
  • Focus on business development and account management of B2B companies.
  • In-depth understanding of the region's travel market and B2B travel networks.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Data-driven decision-making and metrics-oriented.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of working time.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-focused attitude.
  • Experience or competence in API technology deals is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales activities including cold calls and regular sales visits.
  • Sign up new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs.
  • Provide extended system training to new and existing partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
  • Perform account management and provide first-level support.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals and technical setup.
  • Control compliance with commercial conditions and payment flow.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Maintain regular comprehensive reporting via CRM.
  • Initiate API deals with partners.
