Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
- Focus on business development and account management of B2B companies.
- In-depth understanding of the region's travel market and B2B travel networks.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
- Data-driven decision-making and metrics-oriented.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of working time.
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-focused attitude.
- Experience or competence in API technology deals is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales activities including cold calls and regular sales visits.
- Sign up new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs.
- Provide extended system training to new and existing partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Perform account management and provide first-level support.
- Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals and technical setup.
- Control compliance with commercial conditions and payment flow.
- Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
- Maintain regular comprehensive reporting via CRM.
- Initiate API deals with partners.
