Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Prior experience in corporate travel management, hospitality, or ground transportation preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell, close and negotiate.
  • Strong computer/technology skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google business suite.
  • Literacy with basic computer operations, file maintenance, and standard office tools.
  • Prior experience with CRM program such as Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Membership with local GBTA chapter a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and industry events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
  • Present essential value propositions to potential clients.
  • Lead the creation, development, and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Negotiate pricing programs and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies and provide pipeline reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Onboarding, Operations and Client Success teams.
