Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Prior experience in corporate travel management, hospitality, or ground transportation preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to sell, close and negotiate.
- Strong computer/technology skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google business suite.
- Literacy with basic computer operations, file maintenance, and standard office tools.
- Prior experience with CRM program such as Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Membership with local GBTA chapter a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and industry events.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
- Present essential value propositions to potential clients.
- Lead the creation, development, and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Negotiate pricing programs and contract terms.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies and provide pipeline reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Onboarding, Operations and Client Success teams.
