Requirements
- 1+ years of success as an Account Executive with a strong sales track record
- 2+ years of business development experience, ideally in SaaS/tech
- Fluent in German and English (native/fully fluent German speaker required)
- Experience in Outbound B2B Sales
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Skilled in Gap Selling / Solution Selling and Execution of Sales Methodologies
- Experience in navigating competitive sales environments by effectively communicating product value
- Passionate and enthusiastic about sales and marketing tech
Responsibilities
- Own the entire new business sales process, from prospecting to closing, for prospects across the DACH region
- Take full responsibility for building and managing your pipeline
- Perform daily multi-channel prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Leverage a modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Leadfeeder, Outreach, Momentum, Sales Navigator, GetAccept, and Pandadoc
- Develop strong business acumen and a deep understanding of marketing and sales processes
- Become an expert in value propositions, target market, and target personas
