Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least two years of work experience in a sales development or similar role
  • Experience in a customer service and relationship-building role
  • Experience in the benefits, wellness, healthcare or SaaS space
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Strong conversation and listening skills
  • Track record of hitting goals through personal and collaborative contributions
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited oversight
  • Ability to adapt in a hyper growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to execute pipeline growth plans
  • Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research
  • Work closely with benefit consultants to drive awareness
  • Process inbound lead qualification
  • Drive attendance to marketing events, conferences and trade shows
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities in CRM
  • Communicate with partnerships team to advance sales efforts
  • Support the sales team at conferences and in-person meetings
