Requirements

- At least two years of work experience in a sales development or similar role
- Experience in a customer service and relationship-building role
- Experience in the benefits, wellness, healthcare or SaaS space
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
- Strong conversation and listening skills
- Track record of hitting goals through personal and collaborative contributions
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited oversight
- Ability to adapt in a hyper growth environment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to execute pipeline growth plans
- Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research
- Work closely with benefit consultants to drive awareness
- Process inbound lead qualification
- Drive attendance to marketing events, conferences and trade shows
- Track, analyze, and report on sales activities in CRM
- Communicate with partnerships team to advance sales efforts
- Support the sales team at conferences and in-person meetings
