Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support in French across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat for Booking.com users.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and other related questions.
- Resolve complex customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
