Requirements
- 6–8+ years experience in a B2B marketing agency, consultancy, or in-house role with agency exposure.
- Proven experience owning client relationships and leading complex, multi-channel demand generation programs.
- Strong background in paid media strategy and performance marketing for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience working with analytics, RevOps, or marketing operations teams.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Marketo.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
- Ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop multi-channel media strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns.
- Manage media budgets and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with GTM engineering on CRM, automation, and attribution configuration.
- Interpret performance data to guide strategy and optimize outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, media, and GTM engineering.
