Requirements

  • 6–8+ years experience in a B2B marketing agency, consultancy, or in-house role with agency exposure.
  • Proven experience owning client relationships and leading complex, multi-channel demand generation programs.
  • Strong background in paid media strategy and performance marketing for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience working with analytics, RevOps, or marketing operations teams.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop multi-channel media strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns.
  • Manage media budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with GTM engineering on CRM, automation, and attribution configuration.
  • Interpret performance data to guide strategy and optimize outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, media, and GTM engineering.
