Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales with value-added resellers and/or systems integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and managing relationships with VARs, GSIs, and Technology partners.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic partners.
  • Expertise in enterprise, transactional, and subscription licensing sales models.
  • Experience selling alongside partners at the CxO and Senior Sales Business Manager levels.
  • Strong technical understanding to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Superior presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Proactively recruit, qualify, and onboard high-potential partners.
  • Develop and implement Partner Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Generate leads and facilitate joint account planning with partners.
  • Execute plans to develop partners' sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key value-added resellers and systems integrators.
  • Identify and execute joint marketing campaigns and case studies.
  • Manage and report on partner activities and results using Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage partner conflict and coordinate with internal teams.
