Requirements

  • Experience with invoice review and vendor cost tracking
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate product information, pricing, UPCs, and vendor details
  • Assist with pricebook updates and product data organization
  • Review invoices to identify cost changes and pricing discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain retail operation reports via Google Sheets
  • Manage vendor follow-ups and internal operational updates
  • Track project timelines using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
  • Document operational processes into clear SOPs and checklists
  • Assist with local store promotions and social media scheduling
