- Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven experience solving hiring challenges for Product and Engineering roles.
- Strong talent judgment for assessing capability and team fit.
- Comfort operating hands-on in a lean team.
- Experience improving interview quality and manager calibration.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the Talent Acquisition function at PolicyMe.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
- Lead sourcing efforts across outbound channels, referrals, and networking.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting workflows and interview processes.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to improve performance.
- Own recruiting reporting and dashboards.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and the People team.
