  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven experience solving hiring challenges for Product and Engineering roles.
  • Strong talent judgment for assessing capability and team fit.
  • Comfort operating hands-on in a lean team.
  • Experience improving interview quality and manager calibration.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the Talent Acquisition function at PolicyMe.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
  • Lead sourcing efforts across outbound channels, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting workflows and interview processes.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to improve performance.
  • Own recruiting reporting and dashboards.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and the People team.
