Requirements
- Strong experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Experience working with modern CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Atlassian).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python).
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, cloud concepts, and system integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience conducting training sessions and webinars.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical account manager and partner for customer organizations.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, providing a single point of accountability.
- Establish regular cadence calls covering issues, roadmaps, and value drivers.
- Run user groups or webinars to showcase product capabilities.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships as a Trusted Advisor.
- Develop clear account plans to drive adoption and value realization.
- Gather data and produce insights to recommend technical solutions.
- Provide feedback to Product through roadmap sessions and customer interactions.
