Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Replit, or Cursor.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to clinical and technical audiences.
- Bias to velocity and shipping functional solutions quickly.
- Radical ownership of customer outcomes.
- First-principles thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience in healthcare technology preferred.
- Familiarity with Python or similar languages.
- Familiarity with FHIR or clinical data standards.
- Experience building on EMR or health tech platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of customer clinical workflows, operational constraints, and strategic goals.
- Lead discovery to diagnose problems and map gaps.
- Write plugins and configure workflows using SDKs and AI-assisted tooling.
- Own end-to-end delivery including discovery, deployment, and post-launch stability.
- Translate complex technical concepts for clinical stakeholders.
- Recognize and package solutions for broader reuse.
- Contribute to public-facing documentation and developer guides.
