- Advanced knowledge of WFM software such as IEX or Verint.
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting workforce metrics and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
- Experience with database management tools.
- Experience in real-time workforce monitoring and intraday adjustments.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Apply and integrate advanced/predictive analysis for workforce decision-making.
- Develop strategic and operational insights for staffing, L&D, and talent management.
- Assess organizational staffing and identify solutions to meet objectives.
- Analyze talent and staffing needs based on enterprise-level strategic planning.
- Understand department and organizational strategy linkages.
- Make decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations.
