Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, process optimization, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong project management leadership
- Mastery of process mapping and SOP creation
- Advanced understanding of contract structures and pricing models
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of the contract review lifecycle
- Identify process, system, and data gaps across the sales workflow
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for contract interpretation and pricing
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects
- Conduct advanced analysis of sales and contract data
- Create executive-ready presentations and business cases
- Partner with IT to enhance CRM and system workflows
- Provide structured sales training and enablement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
