Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, process optimization, or similar
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Strong project management leadership
  • Mastery of process mapping and SOP creation
  • Advanced understanding of contract structures and pricing models
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of the contract review lifecycle
  • Identify process, system, and data gaps across the sales workflow
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for contract interpretation and pricing
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects
  • Conduct advanced analysis of sales and contract data
  • Create executive-ready presentations and business cases
  • Partner with IT to enhance CRM and system workflows
  • Provide structured sales training and enablement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
