Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in sales compensation, commission analysis, or related sales/finance operations roles.
- Strong experience in sales incentive plan design, administration, and compensation modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and spreadsheet automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to clearly explain complex compensation structures and calculations to sales and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Operations teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high-visibility interactions and urgent requests.
- Familiarity with commission tools or compensation platforms is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Co-manage end-to-end Sales Incentive Plans, including compensation design support, administration, processing, and monthly incentive payments for global sales teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams regarding commission-related questions, issues, and clarifications.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to collect, validate, and align performance data for accurate incentive calculations.
- Execute monthly commission accruals, including forecasting costs versus budget for financial reporting purposes.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights to support sales compensation leadership.
- Ensure accurate application of sales crediting rules, compensation structures, and plan governance.
- Support ongoing improvements in sales compensation processes, systems, and calculation models.
- Collaborate with global analytics and operations teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
