Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in category management, analytics, or a related field.
- Expertise in storytelling and visual communication.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience in infographics and graphic design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with market research tools such as IRI, Kantar, Numerator, and Mintel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MS SharePoint development experience (preferred).
- Graphic design experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Create customer-ready sales materials using consumer data.
- Serve as storytelling consultant for retailer and organizational strategy.
- Prepare and support best-in-class food shows and customer meetings.
- Support retail brokerage partners through results tracking and monthly routines.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
- Create detailed consumer profiles and segments.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and marketing strategies.
- Maintain alignment with North America Central Insights and Customer Development teams.
