2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience developing dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, documentation, and analytical rigor.
Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms is a plus.
Exposure to ETL processes or data engineering concepts is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience with project coordination or analytics delivery methodologies is a plus.

Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple systems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, cleansing, documentation, and quality control processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
Lead or support analytics projects and deliver high-quality insights within defined timelines.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support ongoing enhancements to data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Contribute to standardization and best practices in reporting and analytics delivery.
