Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in financial business analysis or accounting systems
- Experience in federal or public-sector environments
- Strong experience with financial systems such as CGI Momentum or similar enterprise platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Proficiency in writing user stories and collaborating with technical development teams
- Strong understanding of accounting data, financial workflows, and system integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and enhancement of complex financial business processes within federal financial systems
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Analyze upstream and downstream data flows to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Support unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and system guides
- Produce reports and analysis to support audit readiness and internal controls
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and re-engineering
- Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to improve delivery efficiency
