Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or closely related analytical role.
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-18+ months).
- Expertise in building reports and dashboards independently in Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce object relationships.
- Proven experience producing board-level or executive-facing reports.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, modeling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with quota modeling and territory planning.
- Meticulous attention to data accuracy.
- Salesforce certification (preferred).
- Experience in SaaS selling to financial institutions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, license management, and data quality.
- Prepare executive and board-ready reports and metrics packages (ARR, NRR, pipeline).
- Develop forecast accuracy models and manage weekly/monthly forecasting processes.
- Support annual territory planning and quota distribution.
- Build headcount and capacity models.
- Track new hire ramp attainment.
- Own the win/loss tracking framework in Salesforce.
- Standardize sales processes and document best practices.
