Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or closely related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-18+ months).
  • Expertise in building reports and dashboards independently in Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce object relationships.
  • Proven experience producing board-level or executive-facing reports.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, modeling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Familiarity with quota modeling and territory planning.
  • Meticulous attention to data accuracy.
  • Salesforce certification (preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS selling to financial institutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, license management, and data quality.
  • Prepare executive and board-ready reports and metrics packages (ARR, NRR, pipeline).
  • Develop forecast accuracy models and manage weekly/monthly forecasting processes.
  • Support annual territory planning and quota distribution.
  • Build headcount and capacity models.
  • Track new hire ramp attainment.
  • Own the win/loss tracking framework in Salesforce.
  • Standardize sales processes and document best practices.
