Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology industries.
  • Proven record of negotiating and closing new client sales.
  • Experience developing contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and SLAs.
  • Track record in developing leads and presentation opportunities via proactive strategies.
  • Verified ability to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Experience gaining access to and credibility with VP-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
