Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology industries.
- Proven record of negotiating and closing new client sales.
- Experience developing contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and SLAs.
- Track record in developing leads and presentation opportunities via proactive strategies.
- Verified ability to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Experience gaining access to and credibility with VP-suite stakeholders.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
