- 3+ years leading technical post-sales teams in SaaS or platform environments
- Hands-on expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Experience with enterprise API integrations and solution design
- Demonstrated ability to guide technical decisions and tradeoffs
- Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities
- Broad domain awareness in SEO, CRO, UX/UI, and security
- Ability to build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and actively support a team of Solutions Architects
- Coach ICs in real time through customer calls and technical discovery
- Own and improve the post-sales technical journey
- Provide direct technical input on escalations and complex customer conversations
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive adoption
- Set clear team goals and scalable processes
- Build and lead an inclusive, high-performing team
