Responsibilities

  • Develop a differentiated product strategy for DTC, Amazon, and other retail marketplaces.
  • Manage and optimize product listings on SlimeKitchen.com and Amazon.
  • Ensure product details such as images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing are accurate and aligned.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms.
  • Process customer requests, returns, and refunds following company guidelines.
  • Generate and compile weekly sales reports via platforms like GoParrot, Square, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Track product availability and flag low-stock items.
  • Interpret data to make strategic business decisions.
