Responsibilities
- Develop a differentiated product strategy for DTC, Amazon, and other retail marketplaces.
- Manage and optimize product listings on SlimeKitchen.com and Amazon.
- Ensure product details such as images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing are accurate and aligned.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms.
- Process customer requests, returns, and refunds following company guidelines.
- Generate and compile weekly sales reports via platforms like GoParrot, Square, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Track product availability and flag low-stock items.
- Interpret data to make strategic business decisions.
