Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 3+ years of experience dedicated to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience working in the federal contracting space.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least one other major workflow.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops and focus groups to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis between legacy processes and ServiceNow OOTB functionality.
  • Design and document new Agile processes and SOPs in collaboration with Agile Coaches.
  • Review user stories and requirements for accuracy and definition of ready.
  • Mentor junior developers and analysts.
  • Conduct peer reviews of functional designs and test scripts.
  • Develop process maps, workflows, and data models.
  • Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop and execute UAT plans.
