Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience dedicated to the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience working in the federal contracting space.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least one other major workflow.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and focus groups to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis between legacy processes and ServiceNow OOTB functionality.
- Design and document new Agile processes and SOPs in collaboration with Agile Coaches.
- Review user stories and requirements for accuracy and definition of ready.
- Mentor junior developers and analysts.
- Conduct peer reviews of functional designs and test scripts.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and data models.
- Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop and execute UAT plans.
