Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years as a Technical or Techno-Functional Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow in enterprise environments
- Solid background working in Agile delivery frameworks
- Proven ability to create detailed functional and non-functional requirements documentation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and structure complex business needs
- Good understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, ensuring accurate capture and documentation of business and technical needs.
- Translate complex business processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, designers, and product stakeholders to align requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Document process flows, data logic, and system behaviors using approved tools and methodologies.
- Support testing activities, including validation, verification, and operational acceptance testing when required.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather feedback and refine requirements.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple priorities and manage communication across different teams and channels in an Agile environment.
