  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow in enterprise environments
  • Solid background working in Agile delivery frameworks
  • Proven ability to create detailed functional and non-functional requirements documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and structure complex business needs
  • Good understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English
  • High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, ensuring accurate capture and documentation of business and technical needs.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional specifications.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, designers, and product stakeholders to align requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Document process flows, data logic, and system behaviors using approved tools and methodologies.
  • Support testing activities, including validation, verification, and operational acceptance testing when required.
  • Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather feedback and refine requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and clear communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate multiple priorities and manage communication across different teams and channels in an Agile environment.
