Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager in Access Control, Identity Management, or related industry
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of the Identity Lifecycle (provisioning, access assignment, role changes, deprovisioning)
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience successfully launching products on schedule
- Excellent attention to detail and strong self-organization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative mindset
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the vision of the product(s)
- Work with stakeholders to identify problems and agree on solutions
- Write product and feature requirement briefs
- Maintain the product backlog
- Collaborate with the product team to design and build high-quality products
- Communicate effectively with engineering teams to reach project goals
- Work closely with engineering throughout the development process
- Develop ideas and solutions for existing customer problems
- Plan and facilitate team meetings alongside the scrum master
