Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting government-related international projects.
  • Strong background in foreign military sales, ideally focused on networking, wireless communications, or defense technologies.
  • Proven experience in international sales strategy, account development, and regional business expansion.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional or geographically distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and partner program execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market presence across EMEA territories.
  • Identify and secure foreign military sales opportunities, particularly within networking and communications sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and support regional teams while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with international resellers, distributors, and strategic partners, including pipeline oversight and forecasting activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reseller networks and partnership programs across the region.
  • Analyze and prioritize high-potential international markets for advanced wireless communication solutions.
  • Evaluate and onboard new partners, agents, consultants, and channel representatives.
  • Coordinate regional participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and customer engagement events.
  • Collaborate with internal business development and engineering teams to address market-entry challenges and support product adoption internationally.
  • Travel regularly to customer and partner locations to strengthen relationships and support strategic initiatives.
