Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience in administrative work
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interact effectively with different levels of the organization
  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Action-oriented attitude and strong sense of urgency
  • Competence in basic PC skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be able to work in the Hawaii time zone and Central time zone

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a shared service resource to all Talent Acquisition functions
  • Manage logistics and materials for initial screens
  • Perform personnel file management, credentialing, and coordination
  • Collect and confirm completion of post-conditional documentation
  • Track candidates through onboarding
  • Coordinate interviews and orientation communications
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth new hire onboarding
  • Monitor candidate progress in documentation and credentialing workflows
