Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience in candidate-facing screenings and client-facing communication.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems, specifically Zoho.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience executing structured outbound prospecting campaigns via digital channels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter and SignalHire.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach to business leads and candidates using email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Schedule discovery calls with prospective clients and interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize engagement.
  • Update Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit with lead activity and candidate profiles.
  • Support pipeline movement from leads to qualified opportunities and candidates to client submissions.
  • Perform pre-sales coordination and prepare briefing documents for discovery calls.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and screened candidates to internal stakeholders.
