Requirements
- 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination or related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant
- Maintain templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance
- Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Manage the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR platforms
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of SOP’s
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations
