Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate and timely offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant
  • Maintain templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance
  • Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Manage the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR platforms
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of SOP’s
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations
