Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, ideally in B2B software or energy
  • Natural relationship builder with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solver and strategic thinker
  • Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills
  • Comfortable navigating technical, commercial, and legal conversations
  • Well-organised and independent
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral (English)
  • Based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone +-3 hours
  • Startup or scale-up experience

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Grow and retain existing OEM partners, making sure they see real value from working with Enode
  • Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams
  • Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI
  • Represent Enode at industry events, conferences, and on panels
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments and improve our platform
