Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, ideally in B2B software or energy
- Natural relationship builder with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent problem solver and strategic thinker
- Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills
- Comfortable navigating technical, commercial, and legal conversations
- Well-organised and independent
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral (English)
- Based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone +-3 hours
- Startup or scale-up experience
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement
- Grow and retain existing OEM partners, making sure they see real value from working with Enode
- Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams
- Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI
- Represent Enode at industry events, conferences, and on panels
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments and improve our platform
