Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare and/or business degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
- At least 5 years of clinical project management experience.
- Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong financial acumen, administrative excellence, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing global clinical trials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience applying a data-driven approach to clinical trial delivery.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall quality and management of clinical trial delivery projects and programs.
- Manage complex, cross-functional resource requirements aligned with budget, time, scope, and quality expectations.
- Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, planning, invoicing, and scope management.
- Review and approve content and costing of proposals.
- Ensure effective risk management across the project delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as the key client contact for delivery scope and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise project staff, provide performance feedback, and support recruitment.
- Balance multiple competing priorities and solve problems through strategic thinking.
