Lead strategy development & implementation efforts on Project Controls systems & tools.
Function as a key liaison & partner to executive leadership & Project Directors
Lead financial planning and forecasting for capital projects, including budget development, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
Provide executive-level reporting on project financial health, earned value metrics, and cost performance indicators.
Lead a team of Project Controls staff and directly or indirectly manage budget/cost controls, job set-up, cost and phase code control, project expenditure forecasting, KPI productivity analysis, scheduling, issues and change management, and claims analysis functions.
Support Project Managers in tracking overall project health; establish and maintain communication plans to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
Serve as a strategic partner to project managers, enabling initiative-taking issue resolution and performance optimization.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, and KPIs.
Ensure project controls and scheduling teams are supporting risk mitigation strategies for evaluating potential impact on project objectives and propose risk mitigation strategies.
