Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of direct outside sales experience
  • 5+ years SPM Sales or Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to balance numerous different priorities
  • Ability to develop relationships and drive results in cross-functional teams
  • High-energy, company first, positive attitude
  • Experience managing a team (nice to have)
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (nice to have)
  • Experience with sales methodologies like Sandler or Miller Heiman (nice to have)
  • Experience presenting at conferences and partner events (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage outbound campaigns to generate leads
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts
  • Review customer activity and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with partners to facilitate co-selling
  • Manage current accounts to identify add-on sales and support opportunities
  • Direct virtual teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Qualify opportunities using a defined methodology
  • Act as an advocate to the potential buyer throughout the purchasing cycle
  • Coordinate field events for prospecting and demand generation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
