Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of direct outside sales experience
- 5+ years SPM Sales or Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance numerous different priorities
- Ability to develop relationships and drive results in cross-functional teams
- High-energy, company first, positive attitude
- Experience managing a team (nice to have)
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (nice to have)
- Experience with sales methodologies like Sandler or Miller Heiman (nice to have)
- Experience presenting at conferences and partner events (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Create and manage outbound campaigns to generate leads
- Provide detailed sales forecasts
- Review customer activity and improve customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with partners to facilitate co-selling
- Manage current accounts to identify add-on sales and support opportunities
- Direct virtual teams throughout the sales cycle
- Qualify opportunities using a defined methodology
- Act as an advocate to the potential buyer throughout the purchasing cycle
- Coordinate field events for prospecting and demand generation
- Maintain accurate CRM records
