Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior SaaS or software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sustained success and over-achievement in a sales role.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Very proficient in Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a large pipeline.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work across multiple departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial markets or hosted technology services is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with prospective new clients via phone and web conference to introduce Smarsh products.
  • Execute high volume of prospecting and lead generation within assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly bookings goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Ensure system hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work cross-functionally across departments.
  • Provide industry regulation updates to the client base.
