Requirements
- 2-3 years of prior SaaS or software sales experience.
- Proven track record of sustained success and over-achievement in a sales role.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle.
- Very proficient in Salesforce.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large pipeline.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work across multiple departments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets or hosted technology services is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with prospective new clients via phone and web conference to introduce Smarsh products.
- Execute high volume of prospecting and lead generation within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed quarterly bookings goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Ensure system hygiene in Salesforce.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Work cross-functionally across departments.
- Provide industry regulation updates to the client base.
