- Demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams
- Ability to turn organizational objectives into structured operational plans
- Experience leading collections teams in a distributed environment
- Functional authority in collections with industry credibility
- Experience leading through organizational change and transformation
- Deep knowledge of collections best practices
- Expertise in performance management methodologies
- Expertise in compliance requirements in consumer financial services
- Background in in-house collections, third-party agency, or large debt buyer
- Ability to travel approximately 6+ times per year
Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive maturity roadmap for the in-house live agent collections function
- Execute against the roadmap for in-house collections
- Build out performance management infrastructure
- Strengthen baselines and establish feedback cycles
- Set clear team expectations
- Improve collections outcomes
- Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Operations teams
