Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing, ideally enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Track record of driving original research reports with measurable impact.
- First-class writing and editing ability for enterprise audiences.
- Hands-on AI fluency with demonstrated experience using AI agents and LLMs daily.
- Strong measurement conviction and ability to report holistically.
- Experience marketing to CMOs, CTOs, or CIOs.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Parse.ly.
- Experience leading content strategy in a hybrid in-house/contractor model.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into a content plan spanning the buyer journey.
- Ship quarterly research reports anchored in proprietary data.
- Set and execute SEO and AIO strategy for traditional and LLM-driven discovery.
- Author and maintain brand voice and editorial standards.
- Own performance reporting including blog rankings, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI.
- Manage contractor partners across SEO, copywriting, and PR-content coordination.
- Develop and maintain AI agent workflows to scale production.
- Manage end-to-end customer stories engine including interviews and asset creation.
