- 3+ years managing managers in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying AI tooling into SDR workflows.
- Proven track record of standardizing playbooks across distributed teams.
- Strong operational rigor with metric tracking and forecast cadences.
- Experience interacting with VP and C-suite-level GTM leadership.
- Builder's instinct for creating systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead AMER sales development team.
- Manage five frontline SDR managers and 35+ SDRs.
- Coach managers and maintain forecast predictability.
- Drive global AI transformation for SDR workflows including research, list building, and outbound.
- Build a system for SDR development and career progression.
- Manage pipeline analytics, conversion math, and activity-to-outcome ratios.
- Present data and narrative to regional VPs and global GTM leadership.
