  • Strong operational rigor with metric tracking and forecast cadences.
  • Experience interacting with VP and C-suite-level GTM leadership.
  • Builder's instinct for creating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AMER sales development team.
  • Manage five frontline SDR managers and 35+ SDRs.
  • Coach managers and maintain forecast predictability.
  • Drive global AI transformation for SDR workflows including research, list building, and outbound.
  • Build a system for SDR development and career progression.
  • Manage pipeline analytics, conversion math, and activity-to-outcome ratios.
  • Present data and narrative to regional VPs and global GTM leadership.
