Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, care delivery, or complex regulated domains
- Track record of owning a product area end-to-end
- Experience building products that touch clinical workflows
- Experience shipping AI or ML-powered features
- Involvement in defining evaluation criteria and success metrics for AI
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
- Comfort with compliance and regulatory constraints like HIPAA and CMS
Responsibilities
- Partner with product leadership to define and drive the Pod-Agents roadmap
- Partner closely with our CMO and clinical operations team to deeply understand care manager needs
- Define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and feedback loops for AI agents
- Write clear, opinionated specs for engineering and design teams
- Navigate greenfield product work in a regulated domain
- Own cross-functional alignment across Pod-Agents, ECM, and Access
- Keep stakeholders informed and united through updates and reviews
