Requirements
- 6-8+ years of product management experience.
- Significant ownership of fintech, payments, banking, or transaction-heavy platforms.
- Deep understanding of U.S. payments infrastructure (ACH, card networks, payment processors).
- Familiarity with embedded finance models.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Collaborating with compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Experience owning revenue-driving products or fintech monetization models.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Financial Services portfolio.
- Define and prioritize features based on partner needs and data insights.
- Translate complex requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Expand embedded finance capabilities to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Partner with engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance on regulated initiatives (KYC, AML, PCI).
- Lead agile processes including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Monitor product performance and partner usage metrics.
