Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in financial consulting, accounting, or finance.
- Functional expertise in Financial and ERP processes, specifically Oracle ERP.
- Experience with Retail and Supply Chain applications; Merch Planning preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting practices, monthly close, reporting, and SOX controls.
- Experience with AI solutions and process automation.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT/computer science, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for financial transaction processing and reporting.
- Drive business impact by identifying opportunities and developing business cases.
- Champion the development and implementation of AI-driven financial solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Merchandising, and Technology.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive execution.
- Serve as Product Owner for financial data models and scalable architectures.
- Communicate product roadmap and progress to senior leadership.
