Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Systems Administration, or Business Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing Netsuite, HubSpot, or comparable CRM/ERP platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise operational tools and integrations.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, operational reporting, and data governance.
- Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics.
- Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and process optimization methodologies.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional, global, matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support administration, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite.
- Maintain financial data integrity across ERP and connected systems.
- Support cross-system reconciliation between HubSpot, NetSuite, PM/TM tools, and other enterprise platforms.
- Establish pipeline hygiene standards in HubSpot.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring operational readouts.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation to streamline workflows.
