Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of DM experience
- 3+ years of line management experience
- Direct clinical trial experience in CRO or Pharmaceutical environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with clinical database management systems
- Broad knowledge of drug/device/biologic development
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Professional proficiency in written and oral English
- Experience in clinical, scientific, or healthcare discipline
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Data Management function activities per SOPs and regulatory directives.
- Line manage, direct, and develop data management personnel.
- Oversee planning, implementation, and execution of contracted DM activities.
- Review RFPs, proposals, and change orders to provide project estimates.
- Ensure DM deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Oversee clinical database quality and Trial Master File documentation.
- Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage project deliverables.
- Participate in development/maintenance of SOPs and department training.
- Support Business Development through strategy meetings and bid defenses.
