Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years leading multi-project portfolios in AI data, content review, or labeling
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools
- Background in QA testing, rubric design, or AI safety/ethics evaluation
- Familiarity with data-annotation platforms and model-evaluation tools
- Near-native English with strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Multilingual ability beyond English
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI
- Familiarity with SQL/ETL concepts
Responsibilities
- Plan and run a group of projects end-to-end
- Run governance cadence and executive reporting
- Forecast and secure rater/annotator capacity
- Partner with Sr. Quality Analyst on audits and acceptance criteria
- Identify and implement process automation and tooling
- Manage vendor expectations, SLAs, and performance
- Build and track budgets and financial outcomes
- Lead root-cause and action plans for risks
- Lead client planning and QBR-style reviews
- Coach PMs and Coordinators
