Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work-related experience
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in a complex environment
- 2+ years of experience supporting business systems validation UATs or related QA/business operations activities
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings in English with large audiences
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing documentation
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure
- Assist with the definition, design, and development of projects
- Establish project governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation and resolution strategies
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Coordinate resources, manage priorities, and ensure alignment across multiple teams
- Drive change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, tools, or initiatives
- Support end-to-end preparation, elaboration and follow-up of business UATs
- Execute and coordinate UAT test cases, document defects, and track issue resolution
- Partner with technical and business users to gather feedback and validate system changes
