Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or provider-focused marketing
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, messaging, and positioning
- Experience translating insights and strategy into execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the end-to-end provider marketing strategy across brand, growth, and lifecycle efforts
- Establish provider segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Own key provider growth outcomes, including acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Lead marketing strategy for high-priority initiatives, including insurance adoption
- Act as the primary marketing partner to Product, Clinical Operations, and Growth teams
- Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns and programs
- Oversee ambassador programs, events, conferences, and partnerships
- Define the global provider marketing strategy and guide localization
- Establish frameworks for tracking provider brand health and marketing performance
