Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance-based influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM.
  • Existing network of relevant influencers.
  • Proficient in tools such as Storyclash, Klar, Holistics, or similar platforms.
  • Native Spanish speaker (negotiation level).
  • Very good English skills.
  • Experience working in remote and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of influencer campaigns, taking charge of every phase from initial research, planning to final execution and managing after postings.
  • Identify the right creators, build long-lasting relationships, and handle contract negotiations.
  • Manage all active collaborations holistically, from campaign coordination to final evaluation.
  • Monitor performance, analyzing relevant metrics and deriving actions for goal-oriented optimization.
  • Detect relevant trends in influencer marketing early on and apply them strategically.
