Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
- At least one year of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Facilitation skills for interviews and workshops across multiple domains.
- Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate BA activities.
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Support high-impact interviews and workshops with Executives, IT, and Business Stakeholders.
- Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” value streams and business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and automation/AI opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define data requirements and specify model behavior for AI/ML projects.
- Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to build consensus.
- Support experimentation, rollout, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Use Generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and design.
