Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in a client-facing role
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience managing complex, multi-solution projects over $1 million
- Managed teams of 5 or more
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or similar cloud based certification/experience
- Background in managing projects in infrastructure modernization, data engineering, or application development
- Strong experience with application development (AppDev) project management (SDLC, Feature/Release management)
- Track record of facilitating executive-level stakeholder communications
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of multi-solution projects, proactively managing the backlog, schedule, scope, and budget alignment
- Develop and facilitate multi-workstream project roadmaps, including all internal and external dependencies
- Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies to fit the engagement
- Lead communication and mitigation/action plans grounded in solution-driven best practices
- Manage AppDev project management, including backlog development and SDLC Feature/Release management
- Communicate with stakeholders including client executives, delivery teams, and leadership
- Partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and support strategic account expansion
- Mentor Project Coordinators, PMs, and Delivery team on Project Management and Agile practices
