Requirements
- Degree in STEM and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree and 7 years experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading medium to large technical programs ($1M+).
- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with executive-level communication.
- Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe) and tools (Jira).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains.
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning capability.
Responsibilities
- Support FlightHub transition from early market deployment to scaled customer adoption.
- Lead a moderate sized program ($4M+) consisting of front-end, back-end, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Drive roadmap execution for advanced analytics modules, mobile UX enhancements, and cross product integrations.
- Enable Agile teams to stay aligned with strategic priorities.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and prepare executive-level progress reports.
- Support vendor and contractor oversight.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and strengthening program management standards.
