Requirements
- 10+ years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives within the Office of the CFO
- Exposure to Private Equity sponsors and/or PE-backed portfolio companies
- Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, close)
- Experience in high-growth, transaction-oriented, or fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and Excel modeling capabilities
- Experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, Adaptive, Coupa, OneStream, Blackline, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL)
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations with competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead finance and business transformation engagements from diagnostic through execution
- Build actionable, prioritized roadmaps aligned to sponsor value creation plans
- Design scalable operating models that support growth, margin expansion, and transaction readiness
- Drive improvements across core finance processes (Record-to-Report, FP&A, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, MDM)
- Engage directly with CFOs, Controllers, Operating Partners, and Deal Teams
- Leverage data, automation, modern finance systems, and firm-approved AI solutions
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the growth of the practice
- Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
